Personal, private use
ARTI Trading Journal is a private, self-hosted tool intended for personal use. It is not offered as a public trading platform, brokerage service, financial advisory service, or managed investment service.
No financial advice
Journal entries, statistics, summaries, and AI-assisted analysis are informational tools only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The user is solely responsible for evaluating information and making all trading and investment decisions.
User responsibilities
The user is responsible for operating and securing the self-hosted environment, protecting account credentials, maintaining appropriate backups, verifying imported or generated information, and complying with applicable laws and third-party service terms.
No warranty
The application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Availability, accuracy, completeness, security, and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application owner is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, service interruption, or other direct or indirect loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the application. The user assumes all risk associated with trading decisions.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the application changes. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the revised terms.
